Aldo and Chiara, small Milanese entrepreneurs who have been working for years in the health world, venture into the street of quality food.The restaurant, started in July 2015, replacing a small street food with typical Sardinian cuisine, welcomes customers in a minimalist design environment, original tables and furnishings in wrought iron and wood.Elegant and sober, the sardine in love can accommodate eighty people having also a nice room set up on the lower floor.Of the Sardinian tradition there are the culurgiones, ravioli in the shape of an ear of wheat, filled with boiled potato, fresh pecorino cheese, mint, reinterpreted by chef Ilario in the logic that wants to characterize the sardine in love: fusion of different culinary traditions with taste and flavors of healthy cuisineContemporary.The sardine in love offers exclusively dishes based on fish.
